How Much Does Document Printing in Dubai Cost?
Understand how page size, colour, sides, copies, minimum order, VAT, and delivery affect the total cost of a BizBee document printing order.

Short answer
Your total depends on the document, the print settings, any minimum order and delivery. BizBee currently advertises A4 black-and-white printing from AED 1 per page and A4 colour from AED 2 per page. Those starting rates are not the final delivered price: check the complete total in the print builder before paying.
What starting print prices does BizBee show?
The BizBee homepage displayed these starting rates when checked on 24 September 2026: A5 black and white from AED 0.60 per page, A4 black and white from AED 1.00 per page, A4 colour from AED 2.00 per page, and A3 colour from AED 3.00 per page.
Paper size, sides, copies and finishing can change the calculation. Treat these figures as starting points for comparing options; the builder provides the price for your actual file and selections, including the minimum-order adjustment, delivery and VAT shown before payment.
These are BizBee's advertised rates, not a claimed average for every printing service in Dubai. To compare suppliers fairly, ask for the same specification and the delivered total.
Is there a minimum printing order?
BizBee's pricing FAQ states that the minimum print order is AED 30 before delivery and VAT. A smaller job is allowed, but a minimum-order adjustment may apply.
For example, if an eligible print subtotal were AED 12 before the minimum adjustment, an AED 18 top-up would bring that subtotal to AED 30. Delivery and VAT would then still need to be accounted for. This is an illustration of the minimum, not a quote for a particular document.
That is why multiplying one page by the advertised per-page rate does not tell you what a small delivered order will cost. For a one-page job, check the total first and decide whether the convenience meets your needs.
Do you pay for pages, sheets or copies?
A page is one side of content; a sheet is the physical piece of paper. Copies are complete repeated sets. These quantities can differ.
A ten-page document printed five times contains 50 pages of content. Printed double-sided with one document page on each side, it would use 25 sheets, assuming no added covers or blank pages.

Which choices change the total most directly?
The useful comparison is between two complete versions of the same order. Start with colour, size, sides, copies, paper, finishing, delivery speed and delivery location.
Colour helps where it carries useful information or presentation value. Larger paper may make a wide table easier to read, but it is a different print specification. Delivery speed and location should be included in the comparison, particularly for small orders.
The builder also displays quantity-discount bands. Use its final calculation for your job; do not assume a discount applies to delivery, finishing or the minimum-order top-up.
How much does delivery add?
The current BizBee delivery FAQ lists next-day Dubai delivery at AED 10, same-day at AED 29 and express four-hour delivery at AED 99. It also lists an AED 20 addition for specified remote Dubai areas.
Availability depends on the applicable schedule, the address and the order. Compare the final total, including any VAT shown, rather than treating the listed delivery fee as an all-in quotation.
How can you avoid paying for the wrong print job?
Check the file and choose the specification before comparing totals. Removing accidental blank pages or selecting the correct number of copies can prevent an unnecessary order; shrinking a document until it is unreadable is not a useful saving.
Use a compact request when you need help comparing options: I have one file with 20 pages. I need three complete sets, A4, black and white, double-sided, with no binding. Please confirm the full delivered total and available arrival time for my address. Replace the example quantities with your own.
