How Do You Order Multiple Document Sets Without Mixing Up the Pages?

A total page quantity alone does not describe the finished sets.
What does collated printing mean?
Collated copies repeat the whole document in order. For a three-page document with three copies, the sequence is 1-2-3, then 1-2-3, then 1-2-3.
An uncollated arrangement groups matching pages together. State the finished result rather than relying only on a label.
How do you describe different versions?
Use a file-to-quantity list with one row per version: clean report, review report, agenda, facilitator notes or participant workbook.
